Eleven-year-old Fig enrolls in an art class to better understand her father, a composer and pianist whose mental illness she tries to conceal from classmates, neighbors, and social services.

- Discuss. Families can participate in one or both ways:
-Join us for a librarian-led Zoom book discussion and poetry workshop on April 25, where kids and adults can share their thoughts with the community, as well as learn more about poetry.
-Discuss at home as a family using this resource guide.
